Located on Lake Huron on the Straits of Mackinac, Cheboygan is considered a boater’s paradise. Not only does it mark the beginning of the scenic Inland Waterway, it also offers quick access to other nearby destinations, including Bois Blanc Island, Mackinac Island, Les Cheneaux Islands and the North Channel.
Mackinaw City is the perfect vacation destination at the base of the Mackinac Bridge on the shores of the Straits of Mackinac, where the Great Lakes Huron and Michigan meet.
It’s an Island suspended in a forgotten, more innocent time. Relive the simple pleasures of life. Come to our Island. Stay the night. On Mackinac Island every day is timeless, every night precious.
Bois Blanc Island is located in the Straits of Mackinac, top of the "hand" that is Michigan. One reaches the Island by ferry from Cheboygan, a few miles southeast of Mackinac City.
